GTM Coordinator

GTM Coordinator

Position Summary

The GTM Coordinator is a cross-functional commercial support role at PPi, operating across the full goto-market lifecycle — from pipeline development and sales operations to marketing execution and campaign coordination. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person is a key link between sales and marketing, helping keep deals moving, campaigns running, and data organized and accurate.

This role is an intentionally broad by design. At PPi, sales and marketing are not separate functions — they share the same revenue goal and operate as one team. For the right candidate, this position offers rare, end-to-end exposure across the entire commercial organization of a growing healthcare technology company. We are looking for someone with solid core skills, a strong aptitude for learning, and the ambition to grow with the role.

Reasonable Accommodations Statement

Persons occupying this position must be able to perform all essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Sales Process & CRM Management

  • Own day-to-day CRM hygiene — maintaining accurate pipeline records, contact data, activity logs, quotes, and contract documentation across all active opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in managing deal workflow from initial contact through close, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all stages are accurately reflected in the system.
  • Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses in coordination with the sales team.
  • Research and develop target account lists, identify key decision-makers, and support prospecting and outreach sequencing efforts.
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, meeting cadence, and sales metrics to support forecasting and leadership visibility.

GTM Operations & Workflow Coordination

  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-up sequences, and meeting logistics for the sales team, ensuring timely and consistent outreach across the pipeline.
  • Support the adoption and use of AI-enabled tools across GTM workflows — including outreach automation, research tools, content repurposing, and reporting — to improve team efficiency and speed of execution.
  • Maintain and improve GTM process documentation, playbooks, and workflow SOPs to support team consistency.
  • Own the company’s conference and tradeshow calendar, tracking industry events, deadlines, and sponsorship commitments across the full calendar year to ensure no opportunities are missed and all logistics are planned well in advance.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics for trade shows, industry conferences, and virtual events, including booth materials, registration, travel coordination, promotional assets, and pre- and post-event follow-up workflows.
  • Serve as a reliable operational resource across both sales and marketing — identifying bottlenecks, flagging issues, and driving follow-through on open items.

Marketing & Content Coordination

  • Manage the marketing content calendar and coordinate asset production and distribution in partnership with the Director of Marketing and external vendors or agencies.
  • Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of marketing materials — including email campaigns, case studies, social content, and sales enablement collateral — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics; support optimization efforts based on engagement and conversion data.
  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure content accuracy and alignment with current messaging and campaign priorities.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Communication

  • Communicate professionally and proactively with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, legal, and operations to keep deals and projects moving efficiently.
  • Serve as a point of coordination between sales and marketing — ensuring both teams are operating from shared data, aligned messaging, and consistent processes.
  • Support customer-facing communications and coordination as needed in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales operations, GTM support, marketing coordination, or commercial role — with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent follow-through.
  • CRM proficiency — hands-on experience managing pipeline data, contacts, report generation, and sales workflow within a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including a strong attention to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Operational organization & follow-through — measurable ability to prioritize competing tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure deals and projects move efficiently without being asked twice.

Additional Qualifications

  • Exposure to AI-enabled productivity and workflow tools; comfort learning and adopting new platforms quickly.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or email campaign tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and composed when coordinating across teams and with external parties.
  • Self-starter with high aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in how sales and marketing work together to drive revenue.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B environments is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Sedentary role that primarily requires working at a computer for extended periods.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via video conferencing, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Work is performed remotely in a typical interior office or home-office setting.
  • Occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and/or events.
