Productive Programming, LLC (PPi) Names Julie Peck Chief Executive Officer

Growth and transformation leader to guide PPi’s next chapter as the company advances Care Compass 2.0 and its AI capabilities for PACE, MLTSS, and managed care organizations.

VERONA, Wis. — July 14, 2026 — Productive Programming, LLC (PPi), the healthcare technology company behind Care Compass, a fully integrated EHR and TPA platform intentionally built for PACE, MLTSS, dual-eligible, and managed care organizations, today announced that Julie Peck has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 13, 2026.

Peck succeeds Eric Ripp, PPi’s founder, who is transitioning into the newly created role of Chief Product Officer. In this role, Ripp will focus full-time on the area he is most passionate about: the design and development of Care Compass, including the company’s ongoing Care Compass 2.0 initiative.

“Building Care Compass has always been my favorite part of running this company,” said Ripp. “Stepping into the Chief Product Officer role lets me spend my time where I add the most value – deep in the product. I look forward to working alongside our team and our customers on Care Compass 2.0 while Julie brings the leadership experience to guide PPi through its next stage of growth. I could not be more excited for our clients, our team, and our future.” -Eric Ripp, Chief Product Office & Founder

Peck is a growth and transformation CEO who has spent her career helping software, data, AI, and tech-enabled services businesses evolve, strengthen, and build for the future. She has led private equity-backed, founder-led, and large corporate businesses through periods of significant change, with a hands-on leadership style grounded in clarity, accountability, and care for the people doing the work.

Most recently, Peck served as CEO of TalentNeuron, where she led the reinvention of a large corporate carve-out system, modernizing the product and operating model, embedding AI into products and internal operations, and repositioning the business into a larger, faster-growing market. Earlier in her career, as CEO of Vcheck Global and in senior leadership roles at Exiger and Wolters Kluwer, she led transformations spanning workflow redesign, customerfocused growth, team building, and the practical use of automation and new technologies to improve performance and execution. In 2022, Comparably.com recognized Peck as one of the Top CEOs According to Women for her leadership of Vcheck Global through the challenges of COVID-19 and a period of rapid growth.

“PPi sits at the center of some of the most important work in healthcare: helping organizations care for complex populations in need with greater precision, compliance, and efficiency. What drew me to PPi is the combination of mission, product strength, and culture. This is a company with deep customer trust and a real opportunity to help clients navigate rising complexity with even greater confidence. My focus is to build on that foundation with disciplined execution, meaningful innovation, and an unwavering commitment to the people our clients serve.” – Julie Peck, Chief Executive Officer
